Blank Dye Sublimation
Blank apparel dye sublimation printing utilizes pre-made blank garments and is the more economical of our two dye sublimation printing processes. The process involves the use of a blank polyester garment and differs from the Cut and Sew dye sublimation process, which uses unassembled garment pieces that are sublimation printed first then assembled. Unfortunately, the use of blank apparel does offer creasing and blurring limitations when being printed using dye sublimation, however they can be unique and desired effects of those who have embraced these limitations.
Dye Sublimation
Dye Sublimation process is similar to the pre-made blank garment dye sublimation process however, with sublimation, the printing is done before the garment is assembled. Because the apparel is assembled after sublimation, Sublimation avoids creasing, blurring and many of the limitations of blank apparel sublimation. It is one of our high-end printing services, and provides more options for customization than any of our other processes which helps set you apart from the competition.
